    My goal for November is 120 miles - 15 over 10,000 steps - get back on mini trampoline or use my walking DVD's.

    Week 1- 24.2 miles (1/15 over 10,000)
    Week 2 - 27.7 miles (2/15 over 10,000)
    Total - 51.9 miles ....just a little behind - will have to try get outside today and walk extra

    Nov 15 - 3.5 miles
    Nov 16 - 3.4 miles
    Nov 17 - 2.9 miles
    Nov 18 - 3.0 miles

    64.7 miles so far this month... curling starts Thursday night so will get extra steps in walking back and forth...

    Dark when I leave for work and dark when I get home, ugh!! thank goodness for weekends!!

    To those of you who use Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home website...she is terminating the Walk Social and going to an app. I for one am disappointed since it probably means that I am losing my mileage and the accessibility to put my laptop on the counter and do my workouts in my kitchen. I do have a handful of DVDs but my favorite low impacts walks are the Silver Walk and the 2 Mile Walk This Way. Sigh......what do you ladies think of the changes?

    Hi all, I took some needed days off this week, but back to walking again.

    I loved reading all your posts and miles :)

    Wow, another new DVD!! I'm losing track of the recent new LS DVDs coming out. zichab, I shall be waiting for your review of the newest one! Thanks in advance <3 .

    Yesterday: 70 minutes in the park including using the exercise equipment there.
    And 60 additional minutes on a therapy walk with brother including more time on the exercise equipment.

    Today 95 minutes in the neighborhood.

    So far this month: total of 925 minutes walking outdoors.

    Keep those shoes on and tied up :p

    I'm not familiar with that portion of the website but I wonder if the new app with have some of the features the the social part does. I see that she has added a couple more video's on YouTube. Did they say when they were expecting to close that section of the website down and launch the app?

    It has become clear for quite some time that Leslie is trying to find a new (read younger) audience and I suspect this is just a continuation of that process. So many young people live on their phones and WAH needs to connect with them to grow and make money. If you think back, this all started with the massive removal from YouTube of all her walks except for the ones she has "authorized" or were produced by someone else (i.e. American Heart Association walk and a couple of GIAM videos). She also has begun to put DVDs out virtually once a month! This fall it has been once a month! The company may need a boost in revenue and this is how she plans to do it. Can you record the walks you like from Walk Social before she takes them down Pinky? That way, you could still use your laptop to workout.

    I am trying Ann! It is supposed to snow 3-6 inches tomorrow :noway:! I have decided to celebrate the first snowstorm of the season by walking the entire 5 Boosted Miles DVD and then reviewing it for all of you!!!     I hope I can keep up with everyone - my mom fell last night and broke her shoulder and they are not sure about her hip so she is in the rural hospital and could be moved to the city this morning.

    zichab - No I think my 29 year old son can't wait for it to snow too. When winter vacations are planned he puts snowmobile and ice fishing locations in and everyone else puts in for Mexico.
