    Hi ladies, I'm finally back after a couple of weeks away in the States to take care of my daughter, then jet-lag/re-entry followed by a work conference . Thanks for your kind words and thoughts. I'm just going to go ahead and start over with day one. Will check in later. So great to see you all staying so committed!

    Exercised - did a 40 min. low impact body-weight workout (love Fitness Blender!)
    High - Got a really happy text from my girl.
    Low - I was soo tired after working out! Been too long!

    Exercise: yard work equivalent. Spent the day (10 hours) at the fair grounds getting our livestock ready for show
    High: Getting a lot done for the girls' 4H projects

    High - helping a friend hire someone, skype with my daughter, feeling more upbeat
    Low - headache

    Exercised - a little cleaning and hosting 16 people kept me on my feet
    High - celebrating Jesus' resurrection and hope! Skyping with my older kids, hosting a nice get-together
