I've made many strides in changing my daily habits, but the unrelenting stress of my job still impacts my life. When it's time, I'll find a different work environment.

Sometimes I think Sworkit is just a fancy name for pushups and planks. 95 pushups and 4 minutes worth of planks in 45 minute is starting my Sunday off right. Can't believe I couldn't do one real pushup six months ago at my friends' gym.
