So if we do "Fireball" as a Zumba routine in the next challenge, you will follow it up with a real Fireball? lol0 -

Do you think MissionEnforcer might make that a Nutritional Challenge?0 -

Time for the Thursday "Skinny Report"! We are currently 31% of the way to Mexico! I think a couple of us are going out of town this weekend and might have lower numbers than usual, so the rest of us really need to step up to the plate!! We haven't come this far, and been so extremely awesome to not cross the finish line!! Right? Right!
I how all of you have been continuing on, even when there have been some curve balls thrown your way!!
Here is the accountability/nutrition thread again: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10378681/amazing-race-my-achievements#latest
It's super simple; just read the first one, written by Melodie herself, and you'll see you can do it in a couple of minutes, or less! You don't even need to refer back to your old accountability report! An easy peasy 25 points!
We've taken 4 out of the 7 legs, which makes us winners right there, but we need an extra 85 points to take home the GOLDEN TICKET TROPHY!!That's a Happy Face for each remaining member of Team 6 degrees of awesome!@mswanger09 said she's buying the first round when we win!!The first round of chips and salsa is on me!!

No problem! What does everyone want?!?!?!?!0

Everyone is doing great! I can't believe it's almost the end! It has been a crazy busy week which is why I haven't posted or updated, but I will do a little updating today also I am eating tacos tonight to continue on with the Mexican theme. Maybe not the healthiest but I've been craving them as their one of my favorite foods and I reached my physical goal today that I set at the beginning of the challenge!
I was able to run a 5k in about 34 mins without stopping or walking. I ran the whole time! So I'm proud of myself for that :-) back in high school I couldn't even run a mile without stopping to catch my breath!
Anyway continue on doing a great job everyone! Let's win this! @mswanger09 I'll definitely take a shot of tequila!!3 -
^^^Way to go Leti!!! That is truly an awesome accomplishment!!0

Oh, so much to chat about with everybody and I can't. Packing, getting organized for my older daughter's college graduation and being pinned as a degreed nurse. My husband is driving round trip today 10 hours to get the younger one from school. I have so much to do but I am so proud. She has a job lined up at the Cleveland Clinic as soon as she passes her boards! I will do my 60 minutes tomorrow before we take off, I have all my challenges done. I should find some walking time this weekend, but that will be it. OLE!!!2

@leti126 Congrats on the running!
Just lifting for me today. I had planned to do a bike or a run afterwards, but when I got home I was just tired. So I skipped. Feeling kind of guilty now. I'm going to try to get in a run before work in the morning. The running part will be fine; it's the getting out of bed early enough that is a struggle. I did all the videos last night - actually enjoyed the boxing. I'll get everything updated on the spreadsheet tonight.

@120maggie Have a wonderful time at your daughter's graduation! You must be one proud mama!! Congratulations on meeting your goal, and thank you soooo much for all your contributions to our team during this race! We will see you at the Finish Line!!0 -
Morning run before work, afternoon swim. I'm planning a long (at least 10) run tomorrow morning. Tomorrow evening we are going out to dinner for my Dad's birthday, and then I'll probably spend the night at my parent's house rather than driving all the way home.1

Got up early this morning and did yoga. Going to walk dog in a little bit but that will be it for the day. Awful crazy week with co worker from out of town here so I couldn't workout like I wanted. She's gone now but I'm spending my weekend at a baseball field followed by a basketball tournament (unfortunately my son's so I can't take the credit for the awesome workout he will have)1

I definitely want to stay together for the next race!! The spreadsheet was acting all wonky when I put my stuff in. Can someone let me know if I have all of the challenge points and 310 miles logged for the week? I'm going to my city's birthday party today. La Quinta is 33 years old. Hopefully that will be fun. I convinced my family to walk there, so that's good. Have a great weekend all!!1

Not sure when @hawkins410 will be unveiling her plans!
I am looking forward to both challenges!0
