Wednesday was very good, walking done plus an extra 15 min, half of the crunches done while I was cooking dinner, finished them while watching TV, also completed my leg routine while watching TV and increased the weights from 3-5lbs on most exercises, 3-8lbs on the deadlifts and really focused on form and getting low in the squats...I'm sore today, but not super super sore, so I can probably increase the weight again next time and still maintain range of motion.
Did not get my stair time in...trying to do that on a leg weight day is probably a bad idea since my legs are pretty well jello after the weights, so I don't feel bad for skipping that, and I did do the extra walking!
Tonight is hot yoga with my daughter, fun times!!!0 -

Skipped hot yoga last night, I had a headache all day and didn't want to chance making it worse...Aunt Flo is visiting (that witch with a capital ...took the kids shopping for new running shoes instead...didn't eat much since I wasn't hungry, but did have a couple ciders...weight is stable today, so that is good, and I did get my walking done but no evening exercise.
Tonight we are celebrating my younger son's birthday so dinner will be seared ahi, eggrolls, steak, mashed potato, zebra cakes, and ice cream...I will eat a salad with some of the ahi and potato since I don't eat wheat or meat which is practically the whole menu...it's also leg weights tonight, I really really really must get those done, my behind will thank me for it later, and I will have to work to get my walking in since I have lunch on Fridays with a friend and don't walk at that time.
This morning I glanced in the mirror and something didn't look the same, so I had to grab the measuring tape - down 1/2 an inch in the waist already this month, holy cow, how did that happen, it's a nice way to start a Friday!!!0 -

Friday - walking done, weights done, crunches done, no stairs but close enough!!!0

Saturday substituted several hours of gardening for the walking, did the arm weights, and crunches are almost done, so I'll get through them!0

Monday - walked at lunch, completed Aqua Yoga...then started falling asleep in the chair right after dinner, so I went to bed, no crunches, no stairs, and didn't make up the leg workout that I missed Sunday...heading to the beach tonight, looking forward to spending the rest of the week NOT sitting for 10 hours a day!!!0

Tuesday, just walking at lunch then four hours in the car.
Wednesday, so far walking plus done and ten min of hiit done and legs planned after dinner, great day at the beach today but I think my belly is a bit pink despite all the sunscreen.0 -

Thursday was a great beach day plus did hours and hours of walking which was very good. Today is weigh in day at Hogwarts, guess I need to buy a scale.0

Friday, missed leg workout but did get in a ton of walking, weigh in was lower than expected once I managed to find and purchase the only scale for sale on the island...only one store stocks a scale and they only carry one...headed out for the last full day of beach time.0

Saturday was a mostly lazy day, beach was cloudy and chilly so we ended up back at the house watching movies while it rained off and on. Today will be travel and leg weights.0

Sunday - did some walking, did not do leg weights, will try to get those in tonight after aqua yoga, travel was pretty good, and vacation was awesome!!!0

Monday - got all my walking in, and aqua yoga totally kicked my butt - ended up going to bed early and getting some extra rest.0

Tuesday - got all my walking in plus 15 min, even in the supreme humidity...didn't workout in the evening, ate and then was just too full and went to bed.
Tonight is happy hour and leg weights - totally need to do those since it's been a week since the last time I did them!0 -
Wednesday - happy hour was awesome, kept it to everything as planned...got my walking in and my leg weights, though I did have to skip some of the one legged reps because for whatever reason my knees were really sore.
Today - hot yoga!0 -
Thursday - walking+15 done, didn't go to yoga, needed to pick one of the kids up so that interfered with the schedule, but I did a new darebee workout http://darebee.com/workouts/river-workout.html that looked really interesting but was actually super boring...won't be doing that one again!!!0

Friday - didn't do any working out...very slack...I have been very slack all week, so it's time to change things up.
Starting now and through vacation 8/8 I will be alternating between my leg workout and the darebee harley quinn workout. I have now decided to name the leg workout I designed the "awesome *kitten* workout" because it is totally having a nice impact on my booty shape. This will work well for travel since they are both portable and the leg workout only requires a couple of dumbells (and I have been known to sub in water bottles). And I'll get back to my daily crunches starting today.0 -
Saturday was good, did a bazillion punches...today had a salad after church, it was yummy, and I'll be doing my leg weights as soon as dinner settles...0

Totally rocked the AAW - didn't get any walking in beyond shopping though.
Today walking will be done and aqua yoga tonight, plus I'm determined to get in at least level one of harley quinn!0
