Planning for next month...will be tricky because I have a vacation, and I'm out of town for three weeks, and it's the last month to shape up for Harley Quinn!!!

Tuesday - CVX done, walking done, and subbed out a couple darebee routines for hogwarts in place of my leg workout, which was awesome because I could do them while watching Scream Queens!!!0

Wednesday - Combat done, walking done, I was supposed to do Warrior in the evening, but I was soooo stiff and sore I opted for Yoga instead. Feeling much more loose and comfortable this morning...and I'm finally back down to where I started before the pms kicked in...yay!!!0

Thursday - this was a hard day...shark week started, I was sooo tired all day, overslept and missed legs in the morning, did my walk at lunch, got some walking in while Deirdre was in ballet but that was mostly around the halloween store and not serious walking so I didn't count it, then did a hogwarts leg/core workout when I got home, my sweetheart cooked me gf pizza, then showered and went to bed early because despite having caffeine at lunch and Starbucks in the evening I was still soooo tired.0

Friday - felt terrible all day, shark week sucks but with any luck it's almost over...only got in half an hour of walking and no other formal exercise...ugh0

Saturday - Beast abs and yoga done, skipped the upper body workout because my shoulder is still being sketchy.
AND remembered to do measurements!!!
down half and inch on my waist and a full inch in my belly...and my boots came in for halloween...great way to wrap up shark week!!!0 -

Sunday - a good day, but a lot of shifting around...combat done, walked at lunch since my daughter was doing ballet auditions and I didn't have anything better to do, then swapped out isometrix for a 15 min lower body strength routine for hogwarts...
I'm a little sore today, but overall good, and this is the last week to rock it in September!!!0 -
Monday - ab ripper done, walking done, went to visit grandpa last night, so didn't get the evening workout in, too tired by the time we got home...it was just stretching since mondays are my rest day...still a little sore, but better today...dreading all the rain we are supposed to get, I prefer to walk outside and it looks like outside is going to be off limits for the rest of the week...<sigh>0

My final version of my October schedule - I decided to add the target weights to the schedule as well, which is mostly so I can pack appropriately since I'm going to be out of town. Mon and Fri I won't have a hotel room to workout in at lunch, so I'm not sure how much space will be available for me to do my HQ darebee, so if I can't find space then I'll just walk instead.

Wed - basically another rest day - headache in the morning and only managed 10 min of combat...went out to lunch to celebrate a friends 65th...did manage 30 min. of walking on breaks...finally got rid of the headache and was all excited to bang out a workout when mom called and needed help making bags for a *kitten* game...spent the evening sewing with her and stuffing corn in bags, by the time that was done it was way too late...there's always tomorrow!!!0

Thursday - overslept again, but did my walking at lunch and walking in the evening and banged out my leg routine before bed, so check all the boxes we are back on track!!!
As a bonus, my new foam roller arrived so I got to use it after my leg workout - amazing! I worked my legs until they were shaking and totally exhausted, stretched like usual, then used the roller. Not only did it feel good, woke up with virtually no sore spots this morning!!! I could get used to this, I will have to add it to my list of things to pack for my trip!!!0 -

Monday - completed all workouts, carbs were 4 over goal and I tried totally hard...maybe my goal is too aggressive...0

Nevermind, after I keyed in my exercise I had extra carbs...cool!!!0

Tuesday - completed combat, and walking...however, I was supposed to do pilates in the evening, but after completing my Hogwarts workout I was way too hungry and it was too late to eat and then workout...so I opted to have a second dinner and skip pilates...still got in an evening workout, just not the scheduled one...0

Wednesday - no combat, elbows are very unhappy, need to be more careful not to hyperextend them when punching...walking done...legs done...legs was hard, my legs were already tired from Mon so they didn't really want to be worked again...0

Friday - combat and yoga and lots and lots of sewing0 -
Saturday - workout done
Sunday - only half of combat done...feeling lazy before going out of town...0 -
Being out of town sucks but at least I am walking everywhere and so bored I may do extra workouts
