Monday - epic - walked 90 min, plus did level 1 of the Harley Quinn workout which was all I could manage, and awesome day all around!0

Tuesday - walked over an hour...no other exercise!0

Wednesday - walked 90 min, plus did leg weights in the evening...had to cut down some of the weights because I was still sore, but still got 'em done!0

Thursday - walked 90 min, plus did some upper body weights, cardio, and stretching from darebee.
Friday - so excited today, heading to the beach tonight!!! Hopefully I'll get tons and tons of walking in while I'm there plus it will be so much FUN!!!
Today's goals for exercise...I'm scheduled to do leg weights, but I think that's a bad combination with sitting in the car for a long time, I will be stiff and probably miserable, so tonight I'm going to get more of the weights, cardio, and stretching darebee instead and if I feel up to it AFTER the car ride, then I'll do leg weights at the beach house before bed.0 -
Didn't log food or exercise beyond what I needed for Hogwarts while on vacation...lost a few pounds anyway just being aware and not going crazy...now I'm back and it will all begin again!!!
Haven't fully fleshed out my August workout plans...I'm thinking of keeping the AAW for lower body, maybe body beast for upper body, and les mills for cardio???? I will have to spend some time thinking that one out and get a plan on paper tonight.0 -
Tuesday - walked about 8 miles today, nice! Did not get my plan done however since between the parent meeting and track practice we didn't get home until 9pm...will get a plan on paper tonight!0

Wednesday - walked 75 min, plus did body beast shoulders, then went to bed early with a headache - and best of all, now I have a plan!!!
The plan for the remainder of August is to do the standard Body Beast subbing out the BB leg and rest days for my custom glute routine. Plus walking an hour a day, plus aqua yoga on Mon and hot yoga on Thurs for 3 weeks (the instructor is on vacation until next week). And I'm going to try to throw in 10 Les Mills Combat sessions for the month, I'll have to squeeze those in as I have the energy and available time.
Only this month + 2 to get ready to be Harley Quinn for Halloween...I talked my husband into being Joker and already started ordering costume pieces that I can't make (like the wig and the shoes), so now I really HAVE to make this look good!!!0 -
Thursday - walking, check, leg day, check, on target so far
Hoping to get a combat workout in tonight since it's rest day on the Beast schedule and I'll be doing stretching or yoga for that.0 -
Friday - walking half done, xstretch done, combat done!
Did measurements this morning, last measurements were 3 weeks ago, down 2% body fat and 1.5 inches around my belly area...I could tell that my tummy was smaller, but it's so nice to actually see the measuring tape agree!!!
today is beast chest/tris, plus need to get walking done...going to the drive-in tonight, not sure I'll be able to get a combat in, plus between legs Thursday and combat yesterday I'm pretty darned sore, but it's a good thing!0 -

Monday - beast, done, walking, done plus extra...no aqua yoga since thunderstorms cancelled the class...yesterday I was sooooo sore I had to lower my weights on the back exercises, but today I'm feeling more back to normal!!!!0

Tuesday - beast done, walking done...didn't sleep well, sinus headache, so sleepy today.
Today the goal is walking, legs, and a combat routine...0 -

Wednesday - walking and legs done, ended up working late so didn't get legs done until bedtime, so no combat...maybe I can squeeze on in today...0

Thursday - half walking done, nothing else, think I'm coming down with a cold...ick...so much for a beach trip this weekend, think I'll stay home and get plenty of rest.0

On the plus side, Hogwarts term 11 is open today, so I'm very happy to have that motivation kicking in!0

Weekend was slow - no exercise except walking, not even yard work or gardening...just so tired and stuffy...did get some organizing done in the house, and started some scrapbooking...today I'm feeling much less tired and going to get back into the workout groove.0

Monday - back at it full force! Walking done, legs done, gave me a headache and made me totally exhausted, but I got through it!
I need 8 more combat to meet my goal this month...not sure that's going to happen with being sick...I'll feel very accomplished if I get in my walking and scheduled weight workouts. I'll have to play it by ear!0 -

I think I have finalized my schedule for next month...it's very aggressive...we will see if it holds up to reality!0

Wednesday - walking and leg day, and I upped my weights on leg day, it's amazing how 3 more lbs make everything harder...wanted to fit in a combat, but hubby and kids were hogging the tv, then I was super tired and went to bed early, and still overslept and sleepy this morning, how is that even possible????
Not sure what's on the schedule tonight, something from Beast...and I'm picking up dinner at the farmer's market, so I won't have to cook, so maybe, just maybe, I'll have enough energy for a combat workout tonight...0 -
Thursday - walking, check...skipped Beast and opted for chocolate frogs instead, it was still really hard and didn't require me to take control of the TV so I could get my workout in earlier...went to bet slightly earlier than normal and slept like a champ.
The weekend is looking crazy busy, but I'm going to get some darned exercise in!!!0
