    Moxie: I hope you can give yourself some credit for fighting off the binge the last two nights. Sure, you may not have been perfect, but you didn't let things spiral away from you. That's a victory in and of itself.

    There are times when I break my eating goals for the day, and may even add some emotional eating in there, but there's definitely a tipping point where the bad choices turn into a binge. In many ways, it takes more willpower/strength for me to prevent a bad day from becoming a binge day than just adhering to my eating goals in the first place.

    Thanks @NiceGuySF :) I appreciate that. I totally agree that preventing a bad day from becoming a binge is harder than avoiding the bad days in the first place, and that's something to feel good about. Starting to feel a little better today though! @KnitOrMiss - love that! This really is a great group!
