Weighed myself yesterday:
CW = 196.4.
Going on vacation Sat (20th, for a week) so I am a little nervous starting before I go but, I will still give it a go! This shouldn't matter. Trying to change my way of thinking.
I've found changing my thinking about food to be one of the most important things I've done in my journey thus far. Still have a lot to work on, but being cogniscient of it def helps

GW: 260 (estimated)
UGW: ? where every my body decides to stop AFTER I pass the 260 mark, so long as it looks healthy, and I AM healthy. Not sure if I'll ever get into the 100's, but if my body decides to keep going, I'm not going to force it to stop. I remember when I was in high school - I weighed in at 260, and looked like I was 180. Kind of hoping for the same type of ratio now.0 -

Hey All: I've LOVED reading all your comments and goals, and every time I check in on this group I get MORE excited!!!
We can all do this- Will definitely be a lot of work and will have to stay focused and keep up the motivation, but I can already tell this group is going to be great for that!!!
Ok-- Looks like it's 24 wks til NYE (24 and a day....). So, 50 lbs/24 wks is just a smidge over 2lbs/wk (a daily deficit of 1000 cals).
Definitely do-able!!! Let's get at it
