This week I plan to continue C25K and swimming laps. Also keeping my calories under my goal and drinking 12 cups of water per day.0 -
No loss for me this week
Starting the 17 day diet today with a few from this group....hopefully that will help. Oh, and not eating so much sugar! I can manage to keep at my set calories but have way too much sugar!
