I am up .5 lbs from my initial weight. I gained 4.5 lbs while in WV dealing with my stepdad's surgery. He is doing good, not walking as much as he should, but overall doing well. It's 5 weeks after his surgery and I've lost 4 of the 4.5 lbs. I know I should be happy about that, and I am, BUT overall I have gotten nowhere close to my goal!!!:grumble: I am proud of one thing...I haven't eaten a frozen meal (Lean Cuisine, Weight Watchers, etc) in over a month!!! :bigsmile: I never dreamed I'd have done that!!! I'm a frozen meal junkie! :blushing: Now if the weight would start coming off consistently, it would be great!
