GW: 260 (estimated)
UGW: ? where every my body decides to stop AFTER I pass the 260 mark, so long as it looks healthy, and I AM healthy. Not sure if I'll ever get into the 100's, but if my body decides to keep going, I'm not going to force it to stop. I remember when I was in high school - I weighed in at 260, and looked like I was 180. Kind of hoping for the same type of ratio now.0 -

Hey All: I've LOVED reading all your comments and goals, and every time I check in on this group I get MORE excited!!!
We can all do this- Will definitely be a lot of work and will have to stay focused and keep up the motivation, but I can already tell this group is going to be great for that!!!
Ok-- Looks like it's 24 wks til NYE (24 and a day....). So, 50 lbs/24 wks is just a smidge over 2lbs/wk (a daily deficit of 1000 cals).
Definitely do-able!!! Let's get at it

Weighed myself a few days ago, not sure what day I will stick with as an official weigh in date. I usually weigh frequently and only record when I lost and kept it off for a few days. Then I feel like I own that loss.
