    My son is getting married in a week. My goal is to not gain any weight with all the company and dining out.

    I haven't updated in a while, but I'm still going! 169.8 this morning. I am so happy to be out of the 170's! 23.6lbs lost

    hello beautiful ladies (and gents?)! I've been gone for 6 weeks(life really kicked me whilst I was down! torn ligaments and stuck in a walker framed boot thing, my grandad passed after a fall where he broke his neck in 3 places the week later, I had some HUGE problems with a so called friend of mine, some more bad news in the family. you know it's kind of been really really ****ty.)
    I fell off the wagon. I was eating on average three times a week and what I was eating was awful junk and just not great! I prettty much didnt do any exercise[due to injury] BUT I've been free from my boot for 4 days. I've been out and got myself moving again, I've made an effort to put make up on, to smile more, to get dressed and to really try and eat at least one meal a day(comapred to the 3 a week, working up slowly to a decent level!) I've aced my calorie intake today so I'm feeling great!

    ANYWAY! I'm Rambling! a little over 6 weeks out, and I have to take it slow in terms of getting back into exercise, so I think I'll probably fall short of the goal. BUT I'm still going to try!
    I lost 9lb over the time I was out.
    my current weight is 187.5 total loss for the challenge 33.5lbs.

    I see you've all been doing so great whilst I was out in la la land. great job everyone! :) xx
