    Hello people!

    I don't have anything too interesting to report but I thought I'd come here and let you guys know anyway :)
    My weight slowly fluctuated up but today I can say its 56.0kg. That is 0.2kg down from Monday. Not a lot sure, but a loss is a loss, right? :)

    I guess I won't make my 54's by tomorrow. Oh well we postpone that challenge to another day. I'll be terribly happy if I can get to my 55's by tomorrow though!
    Here's hoping!

    Hi!
    Sorry for the delay. I got a really bad chest infection. Was in bed for two weeks! I wasn't following OMAD since I was eating soups all day....so I gained a bit.

    Yesterday I was 56.8kg and started OMAD again.

    Today I weigh 55.9kg :) I'm really happy. I've got a lot to make up for now :) But I'm looking forward to it!

    Thank you for checking up on me. Much appreciated <3

    I find it is very useful to plot my weight. There will be some noise on top of the true trend-line. We see both the trend-line and the noise when we do measurements (which can be discouraging if the noise values gives us a high reading). When we plot it, you can see the trend-line in the noise and see what is really going on which can motivate us to do more or give us confidence we are doing well.

    Awesome that you stuck through and persevered. We missed you! I do love this private OMAD group also. It is refreshing to have others want to build each other up unlike the general public forums.

    Thank you for all your support guys :)

    Come on lets do this. My till Christmas aim is to get to 52 kilos. I know this is hard and most likely not achievable but I find I work better with difficult challenges - so that I take it seriously

    Do any of you guys have Christmas goals?

    Yes, I'd like to weigh 125 pounds but I'll settle for 190.

    {{{ :) Waving Hi :) }}}

    The gauntlet you've thrown down is picked snatched up! My Goal to reach by December 31st is to drop kick to the place where the sun will never shine is blast 10 pounds off of my body (that'd be 2lbs per week for 5 weeks)--that will put me in the "overweight" status and out of the obese status. Thanks for asking! BOOM--LET'S GO!
