    Weighed myself, as i do on mondays, the binge has taken its toll with insidious weight gain :( I wish that realisation would be enough to halt the beast.... let see.

    Indulged today, but far from a binge. Handled being off the low carb plan, but def need to get back to it throughout the week. I'll be taking Thurs off entirely (still of course needing to stay away from binging) and then getting back to strict from Nov 26-Dec 16. So far, I am able to set bigger goals like (rather than day-to-day) and it's been working..

    @mae918 - Good luck surviving on your plan. It sounds quite well thought out! Just remember that just because your plan may not result in 100% success, it does not mean that YOU have failed, just that your plan might... (HUGS)

    Indulged again tonight.. recognizing this as walking a dangerous line.. going to have to tighten up my game plan for tomorrow. Amazes me how I can do so well for so long, and then still struggle.     I'm starting today...

    Really nervous about my weekends because on Sundays I cannot control myself and haven't for the past year or so. I'm going home this weekend to see friends and have a couple of meals out planned which is giving me anxiety.

    Has anyone got any tips on how they got out of the habit? I allow myself to have a 'treat' on Sundays and it spirals out of control, but every week I say I won't allow even a treat as that's the catalyst, and I still do it and think to myself every time I will regret this, why am I doing this... but can't stop :(

    It was too much for a Southern boy's first trip to NYC. A pub on every corner, with a new ethic taste a well. Back today to the pace of this TN town. Back to the BINGE I know he's not a tough as that guy in NYC.
