Normally Monday's are my easiest day to stay on track. But it my Wife's annual turn at hosting the monthly BUNCO party. Cake, cornbread salad, taco soup and chips galore are in our home. What a test for day 50 of the streak! Oh what anmo the BINGE will have available for me around 10pm this evening.

50 did not come without pressure. But my Wife's party for her friends is history and I did wake up this morning with a cup of coffee & a small piece of cake. No remorse from this treat after walking past it and so many other calls from the BINGE last night. Yes having some accountability outside my own higher power is good. It helps to fight that DEMON in my head that wants to overdo it.
@daniellethsheep I've never counted after starting a big BINGE. You must have wanted to know. It seems like knowing the problem you face would help in finding a solution. Best to you in this journey.

White knuckled urges all day and I knew I would end up binging cuz of how disgusting l looked and felt. Oh well. On the bright side I ate almost 4000 calories less than yesterday0 -

Have to deal with some anxiety and stress from the elections today. Just turning off the TV and trying to turn my focus to my goals.

It was a bit of a struggle last night with the election stress, but I made it through another day and night.

Going to try tracking for a while - and if I don't get neurotic about it (again), I'll keep tracking.2 -

Great job keeping it in check, Knit. That's always tough for me.0

@Nevadaden - I know it's weird, but I find if I time something with the beginning of a meal or paired with something far less tempting, it kind of cuts it off from the rest of my day. Plus, working on mental self speak and self care things...makes it ... different right now. But thanks.0

Stay Strong @gr33nslime
Pushed the limits of my BINGE string last night. After an 8 mile run went to a TEXMEX chain called Moes before a college basketball game. With a TOFU Salad came home to find on their website it was very high in calories. Not to beat myself up too much should have been better prepared. Eating out hungry is not wise! I keep the Streak alive cause I burnt a lot of calories on the run and held the "NO EATING AFTER THE PM MEAL". But need to have this as a wakeup call or lesson learned ... BOTH!
