Great pics Dean! We have a north ridge road here in my local park that gets closed often due to snow. I am a rebel and run up along it. Get it by myself and a few other rebels. See lots of coyotes and deer up there. When I can't run it, I snowshoe it.
Dec. 2: Adding 12 miles today for walking 8 and cycling 4.

100 miles for me, please! I'll be doing a quarter of those on Sunday for marathon #2
but am taking it easy the rest of the month.

12/1 was Boot Camp class. Burned 415 calories in that hour but not too many miles LOL. My fitbit said I hit my 10,000 steps before 2 o'clock again. I always wondered how many miles I covered at my job & now I know.
12/2: 2 on treadmill & 3 from ex bike after cleaning house & doing laundry. Would have done more but our rest of the day was already planned.
I will come back later with todays 12/3 total. as for now I'm 5 of 150. Ticker factory is giving me fits so will post a ticker later.0 -
