Oops, I did it again. Sorry for the delayed "Sunday" update. This is a really busy time of year for me but my big project is due tomorrow so after that things should settle down to the normal Christmas rush.
Lamlam - glad you are feeling better.
Clepant - I never post pictures because I don't know how, LOL!!!1 -

Here's my update, mostly from dog walks but a couple short runs as well:
@JTH11706 Janet that is amazing that you are up to #10 or #11!! I can't wait to do it again as well0 -
Oh what to do, What to do! There is a foot of new snow, the temps are great at 14 degrees, and I really want to break out the skis. If I do, I'm going to lose serious sleep and I'll never make goal for the month. ????????????0

@Dean: Always my dilemma when we get snow. Do I snowshoe, cross country ski or go run? No fat tire bike so that is out. Not sure my hubby will let me get one till I get rid of a bike. Have two plus MIL's Cannondale. So my Old college day Schwin will probably have to go.Will have to go if I want one.
@Janet: We can teach you to post photos using the symbols in your reply box.
Dec. 12: 10 miles of walking and some running with three miles on the bike.

I actually found the very easiest way to post pictures is to use the smartphone app and navigate to your Profile page and then click on "Community" and find this MYAC Group. Post a new comment and there's a button to attach a photo! It will go right to your photos on your phone and let you select whichever photos you want. All you have to do then is save the post and VIOLA!
I learned this by watching Dean. The nice thing about this method is you can keep the photos on your phone. You don't have to upload and "host" the photo somewhere on the web and link to it in the post with symbols, etc.

@SUFFERLANDRIAN - Dean, perhaps you don't want to include the skiing distance for whatever reason...but it is* a trackable exercise after all.... I used to use either MayMyFitness (or Bike or Run) or Endomondo and the GPS function to track my distance traveled while skiing! If you're cross-country skiing, you could count ALL of your mileage. When I downhill skied, I used about 60% of the total miles covered during a ski session to subtract the distance traveled while my butt was seated on the chairlift and so I wouldn't have to continually start and pause the workout in the app. And 60% because the chairlift traveled in a straight line while the runs meandered, thus the reason why I didn't do a straight 50%. Feel free to count your ski distances, but if you don't want to, that's totally up to you! :drinker:

Adding 9 miles for 44 out of 250. Sorry about the typo Dave. Should have been 250, not 350.
Adding 20 miles for 64 out of 250.
