Quite the arctic blast to move in this weekend!!! The overnight low on Saturday night is forecast to be -24F!! And then the HIGH on Sunday is only supposed to be -12F!!!

I've struggled all week as a result of the virus caught from the grandbaby overdone it once or twice!! But I think I'm on the mend. I did manage to do some walking and to participate in a running club training session tonight. No hard running, but gentle half mile loops!
