Low calorie day today, instead of a full on fast. Turkey/spinach/Alfredo pizza on naan bread and a salmon burger with sriracha lime cauliflower

Another terrific salad. Yum.1

Had dinner out with a friend last night! I had a seaweed salad, and 3 maki : cucumber maki, shiso & plum maki, and oshinko (pickled radish) maki. And we finished it off with some fried banana! Delicious, and filling! Total calories : 843.0

I'm out of lettuce! Made salad from baby bok choy, Belgian endive, parsley, cucumber, beans, apple skins, navel and blood oranges. Lime juice + S&P dressing.
