You guys have so many food options!!
We have a few stores here that have a selection of American sweets. We love them. I used to live in Australia and I miss the variety of things compared to here. I mean, we do have heaps of options here as well but in larger countries like America or Australia, there are a lot more.
My favourite biscuit in Australia were TimTams. Malta started imported these a few years back but they stopped after a few months0 -

Braised chicken thighs over rice with a side of southern collared greens and green beans

Elk, baked potato, green beens with olive oil and parmesan cheese, carrots, and roasted peppers.
Had a fruit yogurt smoothie after and a little bit of marshmellow rice-crispy treat after that.
Had some whey protein powder earlier in the day.

What a fun thread! There is something really interesting about seeing other people's meals!
This is two meals :
One meal is : Baked (no oil) home fries, and a scramble made with vegan egg, sausage, onions, and spinach. Covered the whole beast in chili lime hot sauce!
Other meal is : a gigantic kale caesar salad, and a bowl of spicy kale & black bean soup, with a dollop of vegan sour cream. Man alive, this was DELICIOUS. And so filling!

Hoagie roll filled with smoked pulled pork chedder cheese sauteed onions and grilled poblano peppers smothered in homade BBQ sause, with some pickled okra.
