LOVE cabbage and like having breakfast for dinner. It makes me feel cozy and brings back good memories because when I was growing up my mother would fix breakfast for dinner once a week. ♥

We used to get breakfast for dinner once in a while when we were children and loved it.

Second day of using our Black & Decker Air Fryer. Highly recommended! I broke up two chicken tenders into a flour tortilla along with some spring mix, dill pickles, and a light homemade Big Mac sauce, 1lb of steamed cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli, as well as a chunk of ghost pepper cheese. Washed down with a light Yuengling. Delicious.

I saw an air fryer on paid programming the other night. The foods looked amazing and the air fryer cut calories in a really big way.

We usually have eggs for dinner once a week, since we have chickens. Last week the eggs were in the Yorkshire pudding. This week those eggs will become crepes.

(Just to clarify, Toad in the Hole isn't a breakfast item - never heard of anyone eating it for breakfast anyway. Some Americans I know do something they call Toad in the Hole, and have it for breakfast. I'm not even sure what this entails, since I've only had the English version.)

Thanks for clarifying. We have sausage, egg, and cheese on English muffins for breakfast sometimes.

I've never heard of Toad in the Hole but will check out online to see what it looks like.

Tonite was fish curry and mushroom rice, mango chutney, two small bananas, one small bread roll and butter - wished I had only eaten one banana - but hey it is the weekend!

That looks good! I eat a lot hamburgers without the bun. Homemade Big Mac sauce rules. I make mine with light mayonnaise and reduced sugar ketchup, and it gets slathered all over the goods.

Ate my low carb meal tonight of 7 eggs, .75 cup of cheese, can of mushrooms, olives, onions, spinach, celery all cooked up together and then topped by a bunch of homemade salsa. Desert was a cup of blackberries with cream poured over it. Think that was about 1500 calories. 107g fat, 80g protein, 50g carbs.

Where do you get your wraps? I get the Mission Carb Balance wraps at Wal-Mart and they have 6 net carbs per wrap.

I buy them in a Save-On grocery store, they only have the plain flavor, but I love them. They are large enough that I can cut them in half and make 2 wrap, and they are not paper thin.

Have you tried making pancakes with bananas instead of batter. I tried them not to long ago, they were good :)
I mixed in a couple scoops of protein powder to make them thicker and cooked them in my waffle maker.

Scratch pizza for dinner! The right side is mine, which includes pepperoni, bacon, ham, sausage, chicken, onions, peppers, and jalapeños. Putting down a pound of steamed broccoli, too. No such thing as being in Diet Prison while on the #OMAD lifestyle!

The salad has lettuce, spring mix, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, jalapenos, wax peppers, bell peppers, mushrooms, shredded cheese, and light vinaigrette dressing. We used our Black & Decker air fryer to cook the steak. It's delish!
