Now that's a tasty looking taco salad. Brenda you are making me want this month to go by faster so I can eat meat again.1

Shrimp Alfredo, salad, and a strawberry banana smoothie. Everything came in at just over 1100 calories.0

Crust: portobello mushroom
Toppings: mozzarella cheese, beef kielbasa, red peppers, jalapeno, fresh basil
Sauce: tomato sauce (sugar free), rosemary, oregano, thyme, dash of pink salt and stevia
Cook time: bake 350˚ for 15-20 minutes
I do my toppings first and then add sauce and a little more cheese
Out of the oven and top with fresh basil

I love mushrooms like that. Everybody in the family goes crazy over them. We often have them instead of pizza - they are so much easier to make too!1

I’ll have to post some of my meals here too
I tried it last week - didn't even know we had it here - just happened to see it in the freezer case at Woolies. It's pretty good, but I don't think I'll bother buying it much. I ate it because it was there and not being a big sweets person, it was something I just wouldn't normally have. I'll just buy it when I'd normally buy ice cream now, which is, like, never!0 -
