Everyone's doing great and I'm proud of all of you!! We do what we can, right?
That being said, totally slept through my gym alarm this morning, I slept till 8:30!! Don't remember the last time that happened lol!! My sons home from school though, so I got my planned workout done plus challenge #1 and some necessary foam rolling. Foam rolling biceps is not the most natural looking thing, but it worked wonders for me!! I also was annoyed with the girls by the time the video was over, glad I'm not the only one lol. I particularly didn't like the leader, but oh well - it's done. Also, they don't really stress form enough. For any of you not used to some of these moves, they can be tricky!! Don't be afraid to modify. Form is incredibly important, so please please please focus on it so you don't get injured!! Always make sure your knee is not going over your toe when squatting, lunging, etc. knee injuries = no fun!!4 -

I see they also do some kettlebell workouts. I want to get a new size kettlebell each 5 pounds I lose. I want a 25 I think next. I have the adjustable but don't really like them. When you do a snatch they always bang your arm because of the design. I too sit in front of a computer but today again I am eating a great lunch. Goat feta on that salad
Anyone else try this cheese?? It is a strong cheese, Love it

I really appreciate that the water isn't half my weight. The 64oz is doable. I usually try to drink 64-96.7

It's supposed to rain here tomorrow so I'll be doing all the fun videos then! I struggled to drink enough water today, I found myself at 4 pm that i'd had MAYBE 24 oz... but don't worry- I poured myself many more to meet the goal!6

Water is no problem for me. I have a 32oz bottle that I make sure I drink at least 3 of a day. I usually manage 4. I'm tired and sore today and I'm not sure why. I took a walk yesterday but it was an easy one with my daughter. Also did a couple yoga videos. Those haven't really hurt me though. This morning I started C25K again so maybe that's why. One of these times I'm going to finish that program. Winter interrupted the last time.2

@darcijojo Good luck with C25K! I used the free version for as long as I could and then kinda just jogged on my own last year. I signed up for a 5k color run to motivate myself.
Tomorrow will definitely be a laid-back yoga day for me. My everything hurts now. I am so sore from Zumba yesterday and then I did the cardio video today. Definitely prefer real life classes over the videos. I am 2/5 for the water challenge.
I think this is gonna be our week Smashers! Let's all push to get as close to maxing out! Last I looked we are 36 points behind team 1. They currently have 3 people who haven't logged yet and we have 4.4 -
Hi Smashers! Finished challenge 2 and added a 45 minute karate session to my numbers. Was going to do yoga but came home starving so using that time to eat instead. Having salmon and broccoli with unsweetened iced tea. Really need the calories though and I already have 130 minutes in the bag. Water 2/5 complete. Literally all I drink is water and unsweetened tea so not worried at all about that challenge. Goodnight everyone!5

So I have to say that I was sitting here watching TV so I figured I would bang out that chair work out. Really?? you are sitting on a chair so how hard could it be. I was shocked it really turned out to be a pretty good work out. Well I am checking it off. I feel better now.6

@ddeliciosa Thanks! I've never been a runner, so this is a new thing. I kinda like and kinda hate it. I just really want to finish the program. I'd love to be able run at least a 5K once in my life.

Nearing the end of the strength portion of this workout, kind of want to cry...kind of want to scream "IM A BEAST" You know, mixed emotions5 -
Today is my birthday! This is the first time in my entire life that it is warm on my birthday. It is going to 61 & sunny! I am going to take advantage & walk to the gym, do weights & get a good long walk in after the gym. I am not working or cleaning today, it will just be a day for me. I might shop for something for myself, because I am pretty sure that my family didn't get me anything. Sounds pathetic, but we have been pretty busy this month, & I might have even said I don't want or need anything but the bathroom renovation, that we are in the middle of. We are going out to supper at a nice steak restaurant. DH invited my mom & a few friends to join us. It should be a nice evening.6

I was all planning on a run this morning. I knew a storm was coming in but I figured, it was close to 60 degrees yesterday, so how bad could it get overnight? Went to bed around 11:30pm and it was slightly raining. Woke up to like four inches of snow on the ground by 6am--that wet, heavy snow. No plowed sidewalks. Needless to say, I did NOT go on a run. But I did bang out Challenge #2 (and I agree, @lynnbaum that really was a hard one!)! Now just have to get three more days of 64 oz water, which is easily doable! Plus I'm trying to get at least 100 minutes every day, so pulling double workouts. I'll do some treadmill on my lunch break to make up for no run this morning.
Don't look now, but we're in first place for the week by a good 40+ points! Let's try to hold onto that lead!4 -

@ MissionEnforcer I changed something on the chart because I was down on tues but then I changed it back because it effected a different spread sheet.
Now to my teammates my goal is to be the biggest loser. I am really kicking it up.
Also I juiced a lemon this morning and added 1/4 tsp. of honey to it and put it into my glass of water at work. There are health benefits to good raw honey. Review is that it is pretty good. Normally I toss that lemon thing across the room. I am really trying to be open to new things because a lot more of the same isn't working. Last night I was having one of those internal fights about this whole chair workout thing and screw the 10 points. Something said BUCK IT UP and GET OVER YOURSELF. If everything you think about weight loss and thought you were doing it then why are you in this challenge trying to lose weight?? And if I am going to do the min. in the workout how is that a challenge? How is more of the same a challenge? I am BUCKING IT UP and getting off the slacker squad and Smashing the rest of this challenge. I am in place # 2 in the losing %. I had to stalk out #1 and I know I can beat her, It's time for team #4 to rise up!! Who's with me?? And why does this sound like a scene from the movie animal house?7 -

If everything you think about weight loss and thought you were doing it then why are you in this challenge trying to lose weight?? And if I am going to do the min. in the workout how is that a challenge? How is more of the same a challenge? I am BUCKING IT UP and getting off the slacker squad and Smashing the rest of this challenge. I am in place # 2 in the losing %.
