30 minutes yesterday- I try to get in 15 minutes before work and goal will be to get at least 15 minutes after work (outside if possible), but it's been so rainy here past few days. Getting outside in the fresh air re-energizes me.1

I've been having a rough time at work still and yesterday my husband got on me about how many hours I'm putting in. This morning of course he apologizes and says do what you need to do just don't let them push you around. Yet I still feel so depressed over it. It sucks so bad how a fight with your spouse can just affect your mood for days, especially if you are already stressed to the max. At least we have a long weekend set up soon and we are going to the lake, just the two of us.2 -
@lbenson2006 I hope the weekend is beautiful and you get the relaxation you need and deserve. Your husband probably misses you and when you are ventilating about work he feels he needs to 'fix it'. My husband will say things like yours at times. He will often say , 'you need to start looking for another job'. When I have a bad day, just having someone listen makes me feel better. PS I am hear to listen. Hugs1

I've managed to get up yesterday and today and do some kind of workout. Probably not going to happen tomorrow though. Have to work half a day but then taking the rest of the week off. I can't wait!!1

Day 6 done too. Wasn't sure how I was going to get it in since we were at a hotel but then while my husband was brushing his teeth, I thought what the heck and just got them done and over with!!1
