I had a couple of NSVs this week. In the gym on Monday, I had someone come and ask for advice on their Squat, made me feel pretty good! The second was I ate Burger King on Wednesday night, and literally got sick, the grease was too much to handle. My OMAD has been a little loose this week, but still trying. My clothes are fitting much better and I am not paying any attention to the scale for while.2

Doing great! Keep focused on what you do and not a number. It's the best way to stay motivated, just seeing how you feel0

I am having such a hard time getting back on OMAD. I did OK today, I made it until1, and then only had fruit. I remember how freeing it was only worrying about OMAD, hopefully by next week I will be fully back into it!0

You will get there.0

You will get back. Last year in March I went on family vacation and left OMAD. Was hard getting back but saw I had gained 10-lbs so got back and was able to get it off. I repeated that cycle once more and am now back to my low. I have found that if I'm not pushing to lose weight and am eating more meals, that I need to make those extra meals very low carb (especially if I'm not exercising) or I will gain weight while eating my evening meals ad-libitum which is pretty close to what I always do. Good luck. You will get there.1

Ok OMAD folks here we go! I still haven't got back on the OMAD plan since vacation, I had actually given up on it! I packed my lunch today and everything... and then for some reason I tracked my numbers! I was disappointed because I weighed in at 216.4 this morning, but when I put that number in my spreadsheet I saw how well I had done on the program and can't figure out why I would give that up. So I am back on OMAD starting tomorrow, still plan on working out 3 times a week, and am twice as committed to getting under 200 as I was before!! Oh, and I absolutely love this group and the support that comes from it, so I kind of had to stick around!!1

I know the feeling. It is mentally hard to get back into it once off of it. I've been off the bandwagon the last 6-days myself. Next week will not be good for me either since I'm going to scout camp with a bunch of 12-13 yr old boys. I don't have the mental reserve to tend to them and fast much. I will be very active though so that should help. I will have to get back at it when i get back and I know it will probably take a week to get back in the grove of it. Good luck!0

I finally pulled off an OMAD today and it felt great! I came home from work and grilled some salmon and asparagus, and CRUSHED IT!2
