    Has anyone else noticed that when they go to tickerfactory.com to update their progress, it updates in the past too?

    Well, yesterday was lame, I only managed to bike into the train station and nothing else. Today, however, I went to my boot camp and burned 700 calories in an hour (my HRM said 850, so I figured taking off 150 was reasonable), and I biked into the train station and will bike home (I already included the bike home because, well, I have no other way to get home so it's not like I can bail on it!)

    Goal: 7000

    Hey checking in and saying Hello! Busy summer here and all. Maintaining my goal weight but exercise has been down lately. This weekend I am starting my training for a 10K in October. So I will track burned calories and and set a goal of 3.500 kcal.

    I'll roughing it camping most of end of August so won't be checking in much then.

    Yes, I noticed that. I wish that wouldn't happen because I'd like to see my progress at the time of my post. I might have to manually note the value when I make the post. This is my first time using tickerfactory. Is there a way to turn this function off?

    I'm more than halfway to the original goal....this has been a good challenge! Obviously I will be burnin' a lot of cals if I keep this rate going!

    I'm healing more every day, so this week should be better than last and so on as the healing process continues.
