    @kar328 - It can be bacon in a breakfast roll (otherwise known as a bacon butty), pie and peas .... but some do CAKE. All part of the race organisation.

    @vhuber - that is a nightmare of a day, travelling for 9 hours! I can see why you pack the day with 'city chores'. I also love the new pic <3.

    I had that MRI done on Friday. Had not heard from them yet so I called them @ 4:50 & guess what? they were gone for the day!! grumble grumble grumble.

    Boy am I one tuckered pup today. I never sat down today except to have some lunch. Worked till 6:30 getting shirts and race numbers bagged up for my kids marathon race next weekend. After I bagged all my kids, I did both of my team mates stuff since there was not too much left. Had a stack of emails to answer and headed home to ice my sore knee that decided it wanted to swell up.
    April 25: Adding 13.25 miles of walking/running 7.75 miles and cycling 5.5 miles
    TTD: 332.25 miles

    @k80flec Never need a reason for cake :wink: It's a food group.

    4 miles, was able to manage 2.5 on the treadmill before my brain made me stop, then another 1.5 before TRX walking laps around the track with one of the guys also in the class.
