17th: 7.8 miles, 3.3m run, 4.5m purposeful walking - MTD 88.01
18th: 9.86 miles, 4.36m (and TM + club run), 5.5m purposeful walking, (ETA I walked the 3+ miles home from the gym after Pilates today, plus a walk into town and back), Pilates and strength training- MTD 97.87
@vhuber - hope the MRI reveals the problem. There is wisdom in trying to reach goal 'just in case' - HOWEVER don't make it worse!!

April18: Adding 13 today. Lots of running and walking for 7.5 miles to get my kids ready for the z
Kids of Steel marathon and Pittsburgh 5k which I may run in place of my half since it would do a number on my foot. also 5.5 miles on the bike.

Tour de Blast Zone Mount St Helens ride is not that far away. The weather has got to start to improve so I can get off the turbo and get more road riding in. I am getting in some road work, but not enough yet. I can't resist riding to a very active volcano, just a scant 5 miles from the lava dome. Will take lots of pics.
