    I do not know if I am gonna make it or not again this month......next month I really want to work on doing my PT exercises more consistently and getting my veggies in....I am hopeful that the changes that are happening in my work schedule as well as my home situation make this, and getting to the gym even more often, possible/easier.

    I missed my treadmill yesterday because i got stuck trying to update my accountaat the gym so this evening i will have to go for a walk with my kid.
