For April, i am going to work towards 200 points and Im going to make a multi month goal... Each month i make my points i will buy a gift card towards buying a professional mix master

5. 30 minutes of physical activity

I do not know if I am gonna make it or not again this month......next month I really want to work on doing my PT exercises more consistently and getting my veggies in....I am hopeful that the changes that are happening in my work schedule as well as my home situation make this, and getting to the gym even more often, possible/easier.0 -

I missed my treadmill yesterday because i got stuck trying to update my accountaat the gym so this evening i will have to go for a walk with my kid.0 -
