Day 44:
I was very frustrated for a while, so I stepped away! That frustration involved persistence and it has paid off! I lost 5lbs this week!!! Woot woot!!!!
For those who have asked, I started a we chart. I started one on my phone in April, so I will just continue it.3 -

Hi guys,
So I strayed from OMAD for a while, but I'm back. This week yielded a -1 lbs loss. After last week, I'm happy with that!
Time to pick back up in OMAD! I'm excited.
Total lost today is 72.4lbs.
I always wondered if my scale was accurate or not, so I weight tested it with a 15lbs dumbbell. It's accurate to within a pound. So at least I can keep faith with my scale!
Today I plan a lot of fresh food. A salad with boiled eggs and tacos homemade.
Exercise: I have been making over 15K steps daily, so I will continue to aim for that. On Monday I plan to start some basic bending and stretching as well as yoga to tone up some.
You all are doing fantastic. I don't always comment on everyone's threads, but I do read them!2 -
Hi guys,
I'm still around and still fully committed to OMAD. I strayed for a while experimental wise, but turns out it had the same effect as OMAD and frankly, I prefer OMAD.
I have a lot going on that has left me unable to keep up on here lately. I will be around, promise, just waiting for things to even out.2 -

Hi all!
Been sticking to OMAD and getting my usual if not more exercise in. I have made over 13k steps daily, usually hitting between 14 and 16k.
This week is shaping up to be a good one weight loss wise! I've been working very hard for it as Monday my fiancé and I are on vacation for a week. We are going to a music and fireworks festival then to Niagara Falls. We won't be home until late Friday evening. We are very excited as my sister is coming to stay with the kids. So a week of just the two of us. After all we have been through, we need this week together. Build on our relationship.
Hope you all are doing well. I'm still reading everyone's journals, just don't always have time to comment!0 -

Hey all!
I've joined a gym so I have been literately working my *kitten* off! I feel thinner now. I have not been weighing in because I can get a little obsessed. Did I ever mention I'm OCD?
I have been basically sticking to OMAD except gym days when I throw a protein shake in in the mornings.
I'm hoping to make that 100lbs lost goal by the end of the month!
I'm reading threads guys. Not always commenting but keeping up reading!0 -

Hey guys!
I'm still plugging away. On days I go to the gym I had to add a protein shake in the morning but otherwise still pretty much OMAD. My protein shake is water, ice, half a banana and one scoop powder. I'm loosing weight! Down 90lbs as of today. Need to wait and see what Fridays weigh in yields.

So starting Wednesday, because I'm out of town Tuesday, I'm recommitting to a pure OMAD lifestyle! I'm asking you guys to hold me accountable!1
