    Hi guys... Just checking in, I'm sorry to report that I might not be on for a few days because I was in a major car accident this morning. Physically I should be okay, no concussion but super sore... Trying to work everything out so I might be absent for a moment... Love y'all and I'll keep you updated as I can

    Hi guys - I'm ok...I got very very lucky. Dr said it's amazing that I just have bumps and bruises. Back in the office today then taking it easy this weekend...probably will just OMAD and keep an eye on things...stay tuned, Family
