NOM NOM NOM - my mini fast tomorrow might also turn into a mini meal (which I just consider on the other end of mini's, if you will LOL) since Mama is making some sort of protein to go with the SS MnChz and salad...My entries for today are in and plans on giving me 534, but somehow I see tomorrow getting closer to 700 and having to make Weds lower that's ok, go with the flowwwwww0

Description/Photo of Meals: had faux chicken salad in romaine cups, and some halo top strawberry, birthday cake, and lemon cake ice cream

Your thoughts/comments on the day: Pretty typical Monday – tired most of the day – made Ced tacos for dinner and we both ate some ice cream…was up WAYYYY to late “hanging out”
TUESDAY -
168.4 so a nice 1.8 drop overnight This sets me up for a nice net loss this week! WOOT WOOT!
REALLY liked the lemon cake and birthday cake ice cream - like a LOT! Ced liked the strawberry more than I did - today it's dinner at Mama's so SS Mac'n'Chz and saladddd and I brought some SF candy for them to try :bigsmile:
Definitely doing day 3 AGAIN of this challenge because I suck and get distracted and don't finish LMAO - at least I made up for it with some cardio! LOL
Other than that, today is business as usual so I'll be around1 -

Today’s Exercise completed (calories burned if desired): Got 2 of 3 sets of squats done again…trip to Mama’s after work threw off my whole schedule – it’s gonna take me 23679213865 days to do this 30 day challenge LMAO
Hours slept: Maybe 6? Fitbit was charging
Description/Photo of Meals: 2 string cheese and some munchies at work – 2 cups SS MacNChz at mama’s with a few SF jelly beans.
Total cals – 700 (PURE estimation LOL)

Your thoughts/comments on the day: Started munching at work because I was truly hungry and I’ve learned to listen to my body at times like that - glad I did, the scale was happy and rewarded me for it this morning...
Got in a baby argument with Mama re: Cedric – it’s a long story but for whatever reason it’s stressing me out today and I feel emotionally distracted – anyway my new theory/experiment is to not IMMEDIATELY jump into trying to talk out thoughts (that’s both my natural instinct and also the instinct my psych training instilled), and instead letting myself be uncomfortable in my thoughts for a while so I can get a true idea of what I’m feeling…we’ll see how that goes…focusing on work while trying to deal w those uncomfortable thoughts might be difficult – guess we’re gonna find out LOL
Weds:
First of all...I FREAKIN HATE WEDNESDAYS
They're my early days, it's only mid week, I'm always grumpy...BAH HUM BUG LOL
Anyway, at least the scale was nice LOL - 166.2 so a 2.2 drop O/N WAY on track for 163 Friday It's my last WBL week at work so it'd be REAL nice to have a big drop right at the end
Other than that, trying to live in my uncomfortableness mentally LOL - wish me luck!0 -

Today’s Exercise completed (calories burned if desired): Nodda – normal work walking, failed at my 30 day challenge (I CANNOT REMEMBER TO DO IT LOL)

Description/Photo of Meals: Green peppers, carrots, cucs with a little ranch, bone broth, asparagus and some Halo Top

Your thoughts/comments on the day: Emotionally much better as the day went on – sitting in the emotion did indeed work and put positive vibes out there and my day just got better as it went! Mostly AFTER work! Came home to a spotless house courteous of Ced Had a nice relaxing evening and to bed on time
THURSDAY
165.4 so 0.8 O/N
Not huge but I'm not surprised - I had almost a full pint of Halo Top, which while low cal is not sugar free so packed full of carbs LOL - my liver is FULL of glycogen! LOL
I was 165.2 for my low last week so my O/N loss tonight will essentially be my weekly loss...still really hoping for 163! That'd be 2.2 for the week and 2.8 for the last 2 weeks so 1.4 a week which is a PERFECT pace for where I'm at
Today is a much happier day! Sitting in my feelings was quite effective, and after a while it settled down and I found the feelings much more manageable then if I'd gone to talk about them right away. It's like the feelings change once you put them verbally into the universe - anywho, today is a great day! I'm exhausted, because I've been super short of sleep but otherwise a happy camper

Your thoughts/comments on the day: Good day overall – nothing eventful LOL – end of the month at work so HELLA busy LOL
FRIDAY:
163.8 so 1.6 this week
2.2 over 2 weeks so averaging about a pound a week - not really where I wanna be but I'll take it at this point in the journey

Happy with this I think I'll make my goal weight for April 158...that'd be about 6 pounds, so ABOUT 1.5 a week which is aggressive but doable
It's post-weigh in but I haven't broken my fast yet...no good food floating around and I don't have any cravings to speak of so we're riding it out

Your thoughts/comments on the day: So definitely had like half a dozen drinks with Ced…had a lot of fun and dancing (yes at home in my living room LOL) and stuff but WHOA BUDDY, I don’t drink like that normally LOL – I paid for it the next morning :P Was having too much fun to have an appetite for a second meal

Happy with that! Esp since I had a ton of carbs late last night and am probably retaining so much water from the drinking this weekend...was mostly at a deficit though even with the big meals...I was like 60 cals over yest but I think we'll be ok LOL
Goal for the week is 161, we'll seeeee!
