I'm back! Did another crazy long work week the week before last and then took a week vacation to the Great Barrier Reef (Port Douglas) with friends who were visiting from Canada. Totally needed the break...
No clue what my weight is and I'm not weighing until the end of the week. I don't think it will be pretty though!!

Will try and catch up with everybody over the next couple of days...
I am going back to basics now, I did ok on vacation, but certainly not great and I've definitely gained a few pounds. I'd need to lose the last 10-15 lbs and be done with it already...
I've been doing OMAD for almost a year now (started on May 23rd) and have just been maintaining since before Xmas. I need to work out a plan and then stick with it! Maybe will start a new thread as a clean slate...0 -
Cool pictures!!! Glad you had a great time0

How do you verify no crocs in the water? Send someone in for a while before you go in?0

Yeah, we wondered that too... This place was behind a little cafe/shop place and they assured us that there were no crocs... And there were people there who were just getting out when we got there and they didn't report a drop in numbers, so hopefully all good!0 -
