I think when I get to maintenance I will do something like that and eat a morning meal on my OMAD days. Do you eat less calories on your OMAD days, like say a 500 calorie meal for the day?0

Usually its 500 or less but if its more Im not going to worry about it unless it makes me gain...last week I had one day it was 600 calories and it didnt hurt me so this week maybe I will try a couple of days of between 800 and 1000 calories0 -

My plan worked!!! I had 3 Splurge Days and 4 OMAD Days plus I didn't count calories and my weight stayed the same as last week
Sweet! Not counting calories is nice. The more you exercise the more you will be able to do that also. When I was a young guy, I could eat as much as I wanted constantly and even would force feed myself past full to try to gain weight and I couldn't gain. I was very active though (probably wasn't getting enough protein then so didn't gain more muscle). Keep up the good work! One successful month of maintenance!1 -

Happy 4th Of July Weekend Everyone!!!
Today there is an ATV Parade in town and me and my Husband are going to be in it and then we are going to a family reunion and a graduation party...Either tomorrow or Monday we will go for a 4 wheeler ride...Have a Happy and Safe Holiday1 -
I don´t plan to splurge days... at least not yet and for the time been (2 weeks only doing OMAD I dont miss it. the fact of being able to eat all we want at our meal is enough for me not to feel deprived that´s awesome!!! love my biscuite-cake and organic cacao drink lol1

Great news about the splurge days and maintaining... I'm really starting to have faith that this OMAD thing is totally doable in maintenance. You rock!! Have fun in the parade and at the reunion and party - sounds like an action packed week.1

June 3rd.....129 OMAD/4:3
June 10th...128 OMAD/4:3
June 17th...130 OMAD/5:2
June 23rd...128 OMAD/5:2
June 30th...128 OMAD/3 Splurge Days
July 7th.......130 OMAD/5 Splurge Days
So my 3 splurge days turned into 5 and I only ended up with a 2 pound gain...Next week's plan is to have 4 OMAD days and 3 splurge days1 -

When I was doing the 16:8 plan I was eating too much in my 8 hour eating window, so I know that by doing this plan I will be having more OMAD days and since I like to eat A LOT at one time
I believe that the Bear Maintenance Plan will be the right plan for me

It definitely sounds like the maintenance plan for me too... I like to eat a lot at one time too!!!1
