    Although I wasn't very hungry last night, I am finding it hard to make it through today. I am weak and wavering. I am going to have to eat something and soon, or I will be passing out. I am actually on the verge now.

    Well I didn't pass out, and I didn't have coconut oil on my person since I was at work. I ended up grabbing a 6 piece chicken from sonic, with some ranch. Then went on about my day, and ate dinner when I got home. I was still very sluggish after I ate, but the dizziness went away in good time.

    You probably felt that way because you didn't eat enough the day before, glad your ok :)

    That is probably very true. I will suffer a lot the next day if I don't eat much the night before!

    I was definitely because I didn't eat enough. The thing is I eat heavy on the weekends and light during the week. Perhaps I should break it up a bit.

    Just a Hodge podge meal for last night. I ate the cookies before I left for work, because they were saved for me for this specific reason. My whole office is very supportive of me, and will pull treats out and save them for me to eat later.

    I am 100% sure that I am holding on to water weight. Apparently no one in my house liked the chips so I took it upon myself to make sure they didn't go to waste. Goodness. It was delicious though and way better than last Fridays splurge. Progress ladies and gentleman.

    Yup it's just water weight, pizza and chips will do it. I'm curious about the garlic butter sauce, did you dip your pizza in it or was that your pizza sauce?

    Oh it is the garlic butter sauce that comes with papa John's pizza. I love to dip my pizza into it. It is divine.

    Soooo much sodium, and it was sooo good. The Red Beans would have been just fine alone, but I insist on putting half a bottle of Louisiana hot sauce.
