Hello there.
Man hasn't it been a hot minute since I last posted. (clearly more than a year)
So here is a little update.
I am still living the OMAD life. Couldn't imagine it any other way at this point.
My last update was
July
Week 52- 163.0
Total Lost – 46.6 lbs lost
Well I am happy to say that a year later I am 148 lbs, bring my total to 61.6 lbs lost.
My year was good, I had every intention of just maintaining my loss, and learning how not to gain. I feel like I did a very good job, and even started kicking it up a notch in the past 3 months.
I am sorry that I ghosted all my friends and supporters, but I just couldn't handle the pressure of updating all the time anymore. Especially since I had done it, almost every day for a year.
So here is me at 154.
