I got super full last night, and fast. I think my appetite correction is coming back since I have been so consistent.

Busy night last night, being a Dance Mom. lol. I don't know if 172 will stick but it is exciting either which way.

The same thing happens to me when I eat Carbs, they are evil but oh so yummy!0 -
Those blasted carbs will get you every time. You can lose that water weight in no time though0

Lots of calories this weekend. Mostly sodium, lots of water today and a lite dinner tonight, to jump of my lite week night meals.

They are usually made with leftover Mashed potatoes, but I make them with hash brown. Lots of seasoning, some cheese. Fry them up in the skillet! delicious.
