    Daily Weigh in - 174.6

    Previous Nights Meal Included...

    2 cups of Chick Fajita stir fry
    1 tortilla
    1/4 cup of refried beans
    3 sauce packets (Taco Bell)

    Intake - 800 Calories

    I got super full last night, and fast. I think my appetite correction is coming back since I have been so consistent.

    Busy night last night, being a Dance Mom. lol. I don't know if 172 will stick but it is exciting either which way.

    Those blasted carbs will get you every time. You can lose that water weight in no time though

    Had a splurge day again

    Lunch with coworkers - kung pow chicken with fried rice

    3 slices of pizza for dinner

    Saturday

    Cheeseburger
    Seasoned fries
    Half of avacado


    Lots of calories this weekend. Mostly sodium, lots of water today and a lite dinner tonight, to jump of my lite week night meals.

    Wow, your weekly losses for March are great!

    Don’t worry about the splurge day. You were doing very low cals so a splurge weekend should not do you much harm, if at all! Onwards and downwards :)
