    Thanks all! I didn't over do it on my birthday, even dipped down into the 70's but that lasted until this morning. Cool news is that I had my Company Christmas Party and I won the Contest for the Christmas Sweater. what what. Below is a picture of my epic-ness. haha!ehwx6pdnpz2u.jpg

    @tlblanksfit Thanks Tracey, I feel like my biggest hurdle was the 180's. I literally was stuck there for 13 weeks. I feel like my body finally gave up resisting change. I have not been this weight since 2009. So maybe my patience has paid off, and I am getting a rhythm. I haven't changed anything other than the clean fasting which started Nov. 1.
