    I think we can ALL for sure relate to that.
    That's why we are here, doing our best, and staying accountable to one another helps so much (well, it helps me a whollllllee lot!)

    This time around I was at least about to complete, NOT the best form though. Each time get easier, yay baby!!!!

    Mon: Core (Finished completely better form next time)
    Tues: Buns (I REALLY didn’t feel like doing it today..... Thanks to this group I did and it felt AWESOME)
    Wed: Sculpt
    Thurs: Drench

    I think I’m going to drop 3 days instead of 4 days. The reason is, I need to decide what’s more important to me..... building muscle or getting back to maintenance..... if I was in my 30’s or 40’s muscle....right now maintenance.....WHEN I GET to maintenance I’ll add the 4th day, :) Plus Mon, Tues and Thurs are a perfect schedule for Piyo

    So I only have Drench left to do for this week. Thinking of taking tonight as my rest day and doing it Friday after work or saturday morning. Either way, it'll get done. I just find it harder to do on days when I walk to and from work. I'll figure it out and you'll all be the first to know !

    Ok...managed Drench this morning. Tough!! Done for the week!! Thank God!

    Trying to correct my over eating today and finish the day strong. It will take everything I have got to not fall off the wagon as I did yesterday...and the day before.

    One day at a time, right?! Keep on, keeping on people.

    I looked at the calendar and believe this week for me is:

    Core
    Drench
    Buns
    Strength intervals

    Are we on the same page @KrystinaMTL ?

    I did core this morning after almost skipping it. So glad I didn't. Looks like my usual Monday reset has been pushed to Tuesday because my hubby stayed home from work today and we ended up eating out for lunch. Still had enough sense to workout so I am not beating myself up too much. Forgot to take a post workout pic! Will try to remember next time.
