Found this list of all workout lengths. Good for reference.

I looked at the calendar and believe this week for me is:
Core
Drench
Buns
Strength intervals
Are we on the same page @KrystinaMTL ?
I did core this morning after almost skipping it. So glad I didn't. Looks like my usual Monday reset has been pushed to Tuesday because my hubby stayed home from work today and we ended up eating out for lunch. Still had enough sense to workout so I am not beating myself up too much. Forgot to take a post workout pic! Will try to remember next time.

I did Drench again today. I have a really hard time keeping up and planks are ruthless. I'm going to try to do a couple more Piyo workouts this week! Changing things up really got me motivated again.2

I guess today is gonna be my rest day. Forgot I had to go to my daughter's Jazz Concert tonight. So I will be hitting the Sweat on tomorrow.1

Changed up the sequence and did strength intervals today because it was a short one and I have a lot to do today. Short but really intense. Remembered my after workout pic!

I mark it down directly on the calendar once it’s done so I can’t lose track.
Anyway, doesn’t really matter as long as we workout right

I must have jumped ahead somehow and your last core scheduled was my first for the week. I think I will finish my schedule and do buns today. I will get back on our schedule for next week.
I did drench yesterday and that beast sequence is beyond my abilities at this point but the thought that I could actually complete that sequence without putting my knees down a few extra times...is awesome. So I keep on, keeping on. I like the PIYO because the workouts are not all 45-50 mins and being able to change it up each day's keeps me getting them done.

Sorry I forgot to post yesterday, it was a LONG day!! But I did Lower Body yesterday and Core is on the agenda for today....now I have more motivation to lose, because I booked a trip last night for Puerto Vallarta next summer....Eeeeeeek!!1

That Beast sequence is CRAZYHARD. I am on my knees or my *kitten* half the time too. But I don't quit. I son't quit. I don't quit. I can't quit.

Okay, I’m just thinking since Monday’s starts a new week for me. I’ve completed my Piyo workouts now, . It means I have 3 long long long days without Piyo. So I say I’m going try to work in a Sculpt workout........2

Today is my first time doing Core. Could only get about 1/2 way through, but I'm pleased with that. Just more to work toward next time. Also did a full body workout with the trainer so I don't feel too bad!3
