    Sorry guys I’m going to have to get my last workout tomorrow. We’re meeting my daughter and grandkids up today for zoo lights, :)

    Gonna be doing last piyo of the week, the famous Drench, tomorrow as I have the day off. I walked into work today and after a full day of work I just don't have the juice to drench. So sunday it is !!!

    I havent done a piyo workout in a while. I will Drench with you Sunday!

    I am planning on doing 5 piyos this week as that is the number of workouts left on my calendar !!! Yeah ! 3 months worth is ending this week !

    • Drench (saturday am)

    Voilà !
    I wanna have a strong week (as in weekdays) cause I have a weekend of Festivities at my house so better get in the deficit prior and then enjoy the First of Many Christmas Parties to come !

    I'm planning to do 5 sessions this week as well @KrystinaMTL because I need to work off Thanksgiving. I did not succeed in my endeavor to reign it in. I failed miserably, but I'm determined to correct. So here is my schedule for the week.
    Sweat (Mon)
    Core or Hardcore on the Floor (Tues)
    Buns (Wed)
    Drench (Thurs)
    Strength Intervals (Sat)

    *How is Hardcore on the Floor??

    Switched it up a little bit, figured my core needs work the most so I did Core today and I'm gonna do Hardcore on the Floor tomorrow.

    I almost didn’t do Piyo today but decided to do sculpt instead of sweat, yay. Even sculpt I had to push myself to get done :(. Tonight I might do a yoga session, :)

    Today was a lot better session, I only had to take a few mins rest the whole session, yay! Plus the side plank is getting easier, NOT modifying, double yay.....,

    I think it was more me than the moves (maybe that rolling crunch thing played a part, lol), but I will get it.

    OAN: Y'all I'm in the last push of my last semester. 2 weeks to go and a couple assignments left and TRYING to get it done and focus on myself too. This is why the last few weeks have been rough.
    Today has been a long day and I have work to do still. So today will be my rest day and I will bust my Buns tomorrow!

    HELLO!! I feel like a stranger! Its been too long...

    Thank you @KrystinaMTL for sending me some good vibes and keeping in touch. I missed one of the scheduled 4 workouts last week and didn't even attempt to workout until today. Since I have bronchitis breathing is the issue and I have been afraid to do an advanced workout that gets me into Cardio breathing. I decided to start on disk one and did Lower and then upper body for a total of 40 minutes. My fitbit says I only burned 91 calories for the whole workout which surprised me a little. I can't believe that I have stepped up to a new level of strength that these first 2 workouts don't require as much effort as they once did. From being 220 pounds to moving up the fitness ranks is still so amazing to me. I love being where I am and I hate that this recent illness has knocked me off my streak. I am going to try to get in another workout tomorrow.

    I also can't believe I am falling behind when @KrystinaMTL and I are suppose to be ending the PIYO calendar! I think I am going to try Beach body on demand for next year. I would like to finish out the year with PIYO and then start fresh the first week of January with a new routine. Its always great to start something new for the new year.

    Next week will be my week!!

    @bianca616 Yeah I'm doing 4 a week. I did 5 this week trying to work off some of the Thanksgiving fat. I went down 6.2lbs since Mon so I did something right!! :D:D

    I never did it :(. I have not missed a workout with Hammer and Chisel though. I definitely need to get some other type of workout in. Im definitely getting stronger but I need some cardio.

    I have to say. It feels great.
    @bianca616 i am sooooooo happy you are feeling better and starting to feel like yourself again. We will adjust ourselves this month and start strong with our new program in January.

    Do it! I only started it because my husband wanted to do it. I didn't start out loving it but I am loving the weights. I feel so strong and the guy and girl that lead the videos have totally grown on me.
