I am back and throwing myself into the fire again! I did one workout last week but it was Lower body and the previous week I did only 3 but also all from the first disk. I am a little scared to take on the advanced workouts after taking a break for over a week and worry I will struggle. I was feeling so proud of the strength I have developed over these last few months so why would I think it could disappear in 2 weeks?! Hate that I am having this self doubt!! I will be glad to get Sweat over with today and get back on track.
My plan for the week is:

Core
Drench

Awesome plans all three of you !!
As I have finished the piyo calendar, I decided to do Hammer and Chisel til xmas. I have done it before, last year at this time actually, for about 3 weeks. It is hard but hard is where its at so bring it on! I really feel piyo has prepared me for this program. I am following the calendar by doing 4 a week and adding a yoga (piyo or other..) and a pure cardio (probably between Turbo Fire and Cize) to balance out the December festivities that are loading the month !
So this week should look like:- Chisel Balance
- Hammer Plyometrics
- Iso strength Chisel
- Iso speed hammer
- Turbo Fire
- Yoga
I am focused and ready to take on this month like a Beast !!!

I agree with @KkrtstinaMTL, that being said, . I think THIS week I’m changing my plan..Yesterday I was just to too busy to get my Piyo in, I wish I did, . This morning I was making waffles and turned my head, right side of my neck is really sore.. no biggy but the next two days, no Piyo,

Thank you guys for the well wishes, it was a long road! Well, I did a workout today but it wasnt PiYo. Went and saw my trainer and I think he was trying to Hammer & Chisel ME!!3

Jackie, I don't know if you can find Hammer and Chisel on youtube. I'm not very savy when it comes to that stuff. It does require a lot of equipment though. In my opinion, ALL VERY WORTHIT but may be problem for some.1 -

Alright so here is my plan for this week. I have 2 Christmas parties, Thursday and Saturday. And I work from Wednesday to next Tuesday. Gonna make this happen.
- Chisel endurance - Monday morning
- Total Body Hammer - Tuesday morning
- Chisel cardio - Wednesday after work
- Max Hammer Strength - Friday after work
- Turbo Fire or Cize - Sunday
