Just trying to mix it up for the rest of the year since Krystina and I are no longer on the PIYO calendar.
Did Strength intervals and Drench so far and will pick 2 more for the week. Once my sister flies in from California on Sunday, I don't know how well I will keep to my exercise schedule. Not to mention nearly everyday next week has some party or gathering scheduled. Its going to be crazy!

When I do Upper or Lower body these days, It feels awesome for me too.
Do you modify your tricep pushups? I still can't do all those tricep pushups without the modifier. I tried to do some regular ones during Drench and it just wasn't happening.

Man oh man it's a hard program but man oh man it is a good one !
They both annoy me to be honest but I don't care, they can annoy me all they want cause the program is awesome and is working my body like nothing else. My but and pecs today Ouuuhhh laaaa laaaaaa !!!
Can you say " Out of my comfort zone ?" Alllllll the way out.
I can suffer for 35-40 minutes a day, yes, i, can. I do it, grunt pretty much the entire time and then get on with my day.
Oh and btw I have yet to do a real tricep push-up. Not one.
Doesn't make us any less of a warrior.
Our own personal muscle failure is where the money is ! So we win cause we max out !

Oh it was fun actually ! Much more than expected lol
Bit of a hangover feeling on sunday, at the office... lol even though I ony had a few glasses of sparkling and wine throughout dinner, that added to the lack of sleep... yup... long day but I got through it and even did my TurboFire when I got home, as planned.
It helps me SO MUCH so have written a plan to you guys on here, keeps the accountability real !

- Hammer Power (tomorrow morning before brunch and movie date )
- Chisel Balance (wednesday morning before lunch date )
- Hammer conditioning (Thursday after work)
- Fire60 (saturday moring before leaving for xmas)

I tried the Turbofire workout on the PIYO dvd on monday and thought it was great. I was surprised how it really got my heart rate up there during those one minute bursts of exercise. It was 20 mins and I burned 164 calories. Pretty good!
I am excited to start the beach body on demand in January and have access to all these different workouts. I am looking forward to changing it up a bit. I think a fresh start in January is just what I need to jumpstart me for the new year.

I think the timing for BBondemand is great for you in January !
You'll be able to try out a few things and then make your choice on what plan you wanna follow, if any.
For myself, I will continue with Hammer and Chisel. If you want to join that would be GREAT! It is hard as heck but, tssss, whatever.

Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I didn't do PiYo but my trainer kicked my butt!! He got days mixed up so he was 15 mins late, I in turn got an extra 15 mins added to my session!2
