    Today will be the biggest of my 3 splurge days. I have a Prayer Breakfast I am attending tomorrow so I will enjoy the breakfast but may keep it light the rest of the day and Sunday I will probably just do one meal after Church.

    After 2 high carb splurge days I am up to a weight of 159.4 pounds. Now it is time to stick to the plan and get back to where I need to be.

    Thanks ladies. I really enjoyed my splurge days and am now looking forward to my OMAD days. With my weight being at 159.6 (So happy I stayed below 160) this morning, I thought of doing a water fast today but I am not sold on it yet. I may just do my OMAD meal today and see where I am Thursday morning and if I am not where I'd like, I will to the water fast on Thursday.
