Exercise: 2 hours and 15 minutes of power walking with my neighbour. It was an overcast, misty, rainy morning, but quite a brisk and fantastic walk!

Lazy Saturday, didn't do much, surprised by a family turkey dinner, tried to do well but then caved. I am sure I ended up going out of my allocated calories. Tomorrow will be a new day!3 -

Exercise- yes- ran and walked on trails for 90 min, and did planks. Turns out my thigh injury was not ready for that, so that bums me out, but I will go on.
Calories- yes- more hunger today but I did it. Likely because I underate some yesterday

Slower walk in the evening after dinner and drone comp. Tired and for the first time had abdominal cramps (probably dehydration - not enough water during the day) .

My scale showed a 4.8 lb weight loss for this past week which is an encouraging start. Especially since I'm sitting in a ski lodge right now munching on my special snack that I brought.. My family is out skiing and having a great time but I'm in such terrible shape that I could only do one small hill. I need these kinds of moments to teach me how much my lack of self care has cost me these past few years. Missed activities and fun and few family photos with me in it. It's like I almost don't exist in my own life... like a phantom of my true self.. watching others live life. I take the pictures and organize the supplies.. hold/guard the valuables.. and here I sit again. Waiting ...6

Exercise- strength training. I happened to do the triceps dips even before I saw that was the exercise of the day!

Way to go team- We had a lot of great weight losses to kick off 2018!! I had a great week last week, and know that my weight loss was in large part because my body was transitioning from eating terribly over the holidays, to eating on my low carb plan. I feel good and I am determined to keep it up!
Way to go @sebael- Keep up the hard work and you will be in there doing everything you want!
