    I have not had juice in 3 days...today, making a batch of carrot/orange. I am going to be good to go, too!

    Alrighty then...

    Had a luncheon here yesterday...I went the easy route and picked up El Pollo Loco ... first time chicken in three months...and two small flour tortillas...no real problems...just not something I would do again in the near future.

    I'm back from my two week work trip. Jet lag was a killer, but I'm back at it. I was so happy with how eating went on my travels.
