Thanks, Silver. Knees were a bit wonky today at work and they shouldn't have been. I did get a cortisone shot last Tuesday. Doctor said ok this time to get you through... but you know you need a total knee replacement. NOT what I wanted to hear. He said he is not sure how I have been walking around all this time. There is no space between bones.

Since starting with a predominantly whole foods/plant based diet I am legitimately down ten pounds today...started April 10th. I popped up and down a few times, but now it is for real.
Now, for the next 7 pounds to see the exit sign. I had no idea I would stick with this for so long...it just sort of evolved, while looking for relief with my osteo arthritis. Amazing!
I say predominantly Whole Foods/Plant Based because I am still eating: Wild Caught Salmon, Parmesan/Reggiano, Organic Free Range Eggs, and Wild Planet Tuna
I feel great! Especially now that I have had a cortisone shot in my left knee. But doing lots of strength training while I feel no pain to get some muscle tone back into my quads.1 -
Yaya for plant heavy diets!
my plan for today:
a 30-45 minute walk (yesterday was a run day), and Yoga at noon.
