Happy Valentine's Day everyone! I went back and forth about making my kids a special dessert tonight but I finally decided against it which was a good choice because the ones in school brought home sooo many treats!
Good call. Little ones don't really appreciate a good dessert...they are just as happy with grocery store treats!1 -

I made beef fajitas and brownies for dessert. Yum! The good thing I did was after we each had one serving, I immediately put the rest of the brownies in the freezer so they aren’t on the counter tempting me.4 -

Nice job on moving those scales!! I love fajitas...I need to put that on the supper menu soon. Good strategy of putting the brownies immediately in the freezer!1 -

definitely! don't get me wrong, I'm darn ok with it going down, i just had that moment of getting on the scale and hoping i'd see 180-something today and not seeing it, so i had to be real with myself. i didn't do *bad* i just could have done *better* and I know that.1 -

Under: pretty positive as I didn't get out of bed all day and my food intake was almost nil
Exercise: if you count rolling over from the my left side to my right side and running to the bathroom
It's official...I have a stomach virus. Nothing to do, but drink plenty of fluids and wait this bad boy out. Good news...I should lose some weight this week.5 -

Where I need to work harder...gotta get better and EXERCISE! Exercise is CRUCIAL for me when trying to lose weight.3 -
