Actually, no. That's why you will see me spending so much time working in my yard and also in my small garden area this spring. Tons to do to get rid of undergrowth and where my little garden is, we have red clay and rocks. Most days, it's truly excellent exercise!1 -

Today is definitely one of those days that would have seen no exercise of any type from me if not for challenges like this one. I got to the end of the day and realized that I had done very little moving around activities. Realizing that I had logged and stayed within calories, I decided that surely I could do something for 20 minutes. So I put my little step thingy in front of the TV and found something to watch while stepping and walking. It's not much, but it's more than I would have done without the challenge.
Thank you to our wonderful Captain for taking the time to do these challenges with us.

Well, thank you, but I only administer that which was already in place when I arrived! Now, this week I am participating with you all, which is something entirely different, and something I should have been doing all along. You know, leading by example.....

Thanks for your response to my questions @HASWLRS I did a little research and discover s that Apple Watch doesn’t include resting calories in any exercise so it often looks like less than other tracking devices. Didn’t find out anything about steps. A lot of my formal exercise is yoga and strength training so my steps are gonna be less, but I like the challenge anyway.1 -
All step counters are really just a guide anyway. I know personally that when I see that I’ve done very minimal moving (accurate or not) it inspires me to do something physical1

Fantastic loss...you should be happy!! A lot of people eat a little more on their weigh-in days; like you said, you have a whole week to undo any damage!!1
