I am looking forward to the step challenge this week and will charge my fitbit right now!
Great attitude about the start of a new week and new possibilities. Did you enjoy your weekend getaway?
I did. We went to do some shopping for the wedding and spend time with my brother and his family. We don’t see them often enough so it was great1 -

Tracking Yes
Calories Yes
Exercise Yes, 13 minutes strength training, and 28 minutes on the treadmill to do 3.1 miles (5k) which beats my best ever 5k time by 7 minutes - hate the treadmill but do gotta love the fact that you can set it for the speed you want and you can't slow down without faceplanting lol!
The fact that you are working out with a broken finger is bad *kitten*!
The fact that you ran 3k in 28 min is #goalsaf
You rock!
*Blushing* Thank you, if I get out of the routine of going to the gym, it'll be hard for me to get back into it, so I figure go and do what I can

No fitbit. But I will enjoy cheering for our "Mini Step Challenge" fitbit team members this week!
My goals for this week:
1. Log daily and stay within my calorie goal
2. At least 7 hours of sleep each night
3. At least 30 minutes of daily exercise (some type of activity)
4. Have a menu plan and prepare meals at home
5. Remember to take my vitamins daily
This may seem like a long list of goals. But it's what I'm truly focused on this week in order to reach my bigger goals. So far, for 2018, I'm officially 2.5 pounds behind what my personal goal weight was for today's weigh-in. I would like to see that back on track as I move on with the rest of the year. As I've heard it said many times, "If what you're doing isn't working, then you need to change something!" So this week, I will be kicking it up a bit. I've gotten much more comfortable with the good habits that have been formed. Now it's time to take it up a notch!1 -

It may seem like a long list on the surface, but really it's the minimum of what we all strive for; logging, staying under, paying attention to nutrition, some exercise, and adequate rest. Good luck on your goals!!1 -

Exercise: Yes, 2 hours of gardening
Also slept great last night and had a plan for dinner. Unfortunately, I just realized that I never did take my vitamins today.2 -
I walk somewhere between 3-6 miles a day everyday. I have an active dog so he helps keep me motivated. I also drink lots of water all day. I try to not eat after 8. It all seems to be working2 -

If the only thing you "didn't" do today was take your vitamins, then you are having a good day!!1 -
