Ugh!!! Between 1/12 and 2/10 I lost 5.5 pounds. Nothing in the last two weeks. I’m going on vacation 3/30. I’d love to lose 5 more by then (says the girl who just ate 1/2 a donut)1 -

Exercise Yes, 13 minutes strength training, and 28 minutes on the treadmill to do 3.1 miles (5k) which beats my best ever 5k time by 7 minutes - hate the treadmill but do gotta love the fact that you can set it for the speed you want and you can't slow down without faceplanting lol!

Yes, take a deep breath. I don't know how to help you right now. If you don't have the time to log your food, at least try to have healthy choices handy in the fridge and the cupboard and the car and your desk, etc. Wherever you might find yourself needing to eat. Good luck!0 -

Okay. Things are getting a little stale around here. How about a step challenge? For those of us that have Fitbits, etc. we can track our steps for six days. We'll start Monday, February 26th and we'll go to day's end on Saturday, March 3rd. Sunday morning we can post our overall total. It will be in the March thread by then. To use it to push each other, post your daily steps with a running total.

Thank you. February hasn’t been the best month but I’m glad it moved in the right direction even if it was a small change. I hope I have a better month in March both on weight loss and my depression. I miss being more active in the group x2 -
@Gwenfromnyc, I think yoga will be great to help you unwind!! Even just five or ten minutes of quiet meditation if that's all the time you had. Better to stretch yourself with yoga positions than to just stretch yourself thin!! My personal favourite and one I do every night is the reclining goddess! One I do far too often is the downward facing cake, or a version of it!!1

Went out to dinner with friends this evening. I'm glad that I was careful all day so that I could enjoy it. My calories were close but still under for the day. The best part is that I have plenty of wonderful leftovers to enjoy tomorrow.

Hi all. Well we are back from our weekend away. I tried to do well with my food, and I guess the scales will tell all tomorrow morning. 8 hours in the car on both Friday and Sunday meant for very little steps and no exercise, but tomorrow is the beginning of another week.
I am looking forward to the step challenge this week and will charge my fitbit right now!2 -

I am starting to feel rejuvenated. Today felt like an early spring day...breezy, sunny and 8 degrees C (46 degrees F). My husband and I actually went for a short walk and then did a couple of errands. The last time we went for a walk was when we were in Vegas in the middle of January! I think I may actually get three yes's today!!0
