    Thanks everyone....it has been a great week......just hoping the damage done over the weekend didn't set me back. I didn't do a mid-week weigh in this week so tomorrow's results will be a surprise and they better be a good one LOL.....

    DANGIT! I was hoping for a check in weight from ya! LOL 1 more day until weigh in babe - we got this!

    PS - also selfishly, maybe next week you can do a 48er with me! *looks hopeful* LOL

    *Sure totally up for a 48 hour*…...I have done 36ish before, so 12 more would not be a biggie...…..

    YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!! This week will just be 36 because I hafta eat post real weigh in and pre-challenge weigh in lmfao

    Happy Friday OMAD Friends,

    So when I restarted on 1.7.19 I was at 184
    Last Friday I had made it down to 179.5
    Today (a bit nervous bc we had a big weekend last weekend) but I stuck to the plan this week and drank the &)(&(* out of some water so I was hoping for some kind of loss....

    I hit 177.5 today :):) so a solid 2lb for the week...…. I'll take it kids :)

    So 6.5 since January 7th...….not too shabby!!!!

    Stay strong - don't doubt yourself and if you get off track, get back up and brush those boots off...…..

    The goal weight changes right now my first goal is 150 but ultimately I would like to be anywhere from 135-145. If I can get to 170 then 150 is just 20lbs away....Once i get to 150 it should be easy to drop the last 15...……

    What about you?

    Literally exactly the same LMFAO - 150 to start (that's where I know I'm comfortable) and then realistically 135 is my UGW, but with a range of 135-145 :)

    Congratulations on hitting 177.5 !!! Like you guys, I will set mini goal weights so that I can achieve it one step at a time, slowly but surely. However, right now, I am STUCK... again! :( Going to figure out what to do next!

    Hi guys sorry I have been MIA. I had to have an emergency surgery last week. scary times but all is good. I am still on the plan although I haven't weighed. I haven't had any appetite at all so I am sure I am dropping still. Will catch up with everyone's thread and post my weight on Friday.

    I am glad to be back :)

    OMG What kinda surgery! Glad to hear you're ok, but still!!! That anesthesia will make you gain too, so I'd keep your eyes off the scale until you're fully recovered, but still keep us updated!

    I had a really bad fall and shattered my knee. I have had early arthritis and knew one day I would need a knee replacement but never thought it would come about this way.....oh well....anyway i have a new knee!!! the recovery and PT is brutal but I will make it through....
    Yeah I am not too worried about the scale even though I know I haven't been eating much at all...…
    Glad to be back!!!

    Hi Friends,
    I am doing well. PT is brutal and I have these really sexy (LOL) compression hose to wear for swelling lol but I am on the road to recovery. I get my staples out next week and really excited about that. Still no appetite to speak of but that works well for OMAD.
    Planning a weigh in tomorrow to see where I am. Last time I weighed i was at 177.5 so looking for lower. Not sure how much to expect with the swelling but I know it will catch up. 174 would be ideal :). That would be a solid 10lb loss since the restart.

    Wishing you a smooth recovery. It is good that you are able to work from home and be able to move at your own pace.

    Weigh in day!!!
    Still pretty swollen from surgery and although i have not been hungry I was still nervous to step on the dreaded scale.
    Restart Weight: 184
    1.25.19 Weight 177.5
    2.8.19 Weight 174.5

    So a 3lb loss...…..:) :)

    I am greedy and wanted more, but I will take it...… a 10lb loss since the restart.....
    Goal for next week is 171....
